How to Link your Broadbean username to UFO
All consultants using UFO should be utilising broadbean as part of the integration. As such, consultants who haven't yet added their broadbean username to UFO can do this themselves and should follow these instructions to update.
Community User is Inactive
If a candidate or client cser can't log in to the Community because their account is 'inactive', this is usually due to the User not logging in for a long time. You can check if a user is Inactive and re-activate them by clicking the "Create User" button and choose 'yes' to reactivate.
Candidate not pulled through into Sirenum
If you have sent a candidate through to Sirenum but cannot find the candidate in Sirenum, you will need to check that the candidate owner is an active consultant who has an active Sirenum account and that the owning team is one that exists as a unit in Sirenum.
