Apple Device MDM Connectivity Issue
There is currently an issue with connecting to your Google account on Apple devices due to the mobile device management policy with a message 'The new MDM payload does not match the old payload. Mismatched keys topic.'
This is affecting every country within Randstad and our Global Teams have logged in with Google Support.
Whilst Google is still looking into this issue for us, there is a workaround:
Got to: General -> Settings -> VPN & Device Management
For any Google Workspace entries you see on this page, select them then scroll down to the bottom and select "Remove"
You can now go back into the Google Device Policy app, re-download the policy and install it in Settings as per the usual guide
Please note however that after doing this accounts will need to be set up again in Calendar, Gmail, etc.
