Windows servers and laptops are seeing blue screens
We are pleased to advise you that we have successfully restored all our RUK servers/services, although some of our vendors have also been affected by this global software bug. We are continuing to monitor our various platforms and working closely with global IT.
Additionally we are assessing the number of laptops that are affected (Chromebooks not affected), working on a process to fix the issue. Please can any user affected log a call with the IT Service Desk, as the IT Support team will be able to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. We are also working with our various IT vendors to assess if they are impacted, in case post us restoring our services that we are still affected due to this issue.
We will send out a further update later this afternoon, to provide further updates on this issue. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused, we are focused on resolving the fault as quickly as possible
