Change Public liability Insurance (PLI) Opt Out Status

When a candidate is working via a Limited company, they may submit tickets requesting that the Public liability Insurance (PLI) Opt Out status is changed.

While this looks like a selectable button its status is actually calculated by the contents of the PLI Effective from and Expiry dates in the fields below. If these fields are filled and in date the PLI Opt Out status will automatically change to yes.
Problems related to this status can be resolved by asking the Consultant to ensure these days values are correct and the fields should not have been left empty instead.
