When user tries to login to Workspace they get below credentials error.

If the issue is this error, The AD password of the user needs to be reset.

Once the password is reset, browser cache, history and cookies need to be cleared and close the browser.

Then open the browser and login to the workspace.

If the issue still persists, escalate it to the Tech Services team.
